Maklor started with a simple observation: a property listing deserves better than a spreadsheet.

The owner's trust, the right timing, coordinating the transfer: all of it lived in spreadsheets, chat threads and generic sales CRMs. We built Maklor to bring that work together in one place, from the field to the signing.

Joseph Laraichi founded Mulklick GmbH and leads the development of Maklor. His background is in corporate digital transformation and data analysis. Before Maklor, he designed and delivered software for regulated sectors.
